The Observations of the Past Week from Twitter and Facebook haven’t been around here for quite a while.
The other day, Jaylin and I took two of our young friends to eat while their mom and Laura were busy with school stuff.
Around Thanksgiving, I wrote my traditional post of things I am thankful for, cleverly titled “I Am Thankful For…” One of the things I mentioned in the post was the internet.
Here we are at the beginning of fall once again. Or autumn, if you prefer.
Most every day, I like to listen to the news on the radio.
I need a new hat for grass cutting. While I am out in the sun, I like to have a hat to protect my head and face from the ravaging sun.
The other day, we went to Walmart. Which is always an adventure in itself.
In the last few weeks, I have noticed lots and lots of people not using their turn signals.
Happy Memorial Day!
And don’t forget - Memorial Day isn’t just so that every store under the sun can have a sale.
At our house, we have a mockingbird. Which, by the way, is the state bird of Tennessee.
