Winter visits to Walt Disney World, such as our December 2016 trip, always include many more dark hours than our typical summer visits, thanks to the earth tilting away from the sun.
Although we have never actually stayed at the Polynesian Village Resort at Walt Disney World, we usually do drop by there when we are in the area, just to enjoy the atmosphere and maybe grab a bite to eat at Captain Cook’s, or perhaps a Dole Whip.
