Tropical Serenade in the Magic Kingdom
I always did enjoy the original architecture in Adventureland at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom, including this building that houses Tropical Serenade, better known as the Enchanted Tiki Room. As you probably know, for a while, the attraction was changed to be Enchanted Tiki Room: Under New Management. And then when the original show (or most of it) was brought back, the Tropical Serenade name was dropped completely, because everyone called it the Enchanted Tiki Room anyway.
Much of the original architecture in Adventureland was changed when the Magic Carpets of Aladdin came to Adventureland. The South Seas theme was replaced with an Arabian theme. Fortunately, the Tropical Serenade/Enchanted Tiki Room remained as it was, preserving this interesting bit of architecture.
