Path by the River
A concrete path leads across the rocks along the shore of the Tennessee River at Pickwick Landing Dam in Tennessee.
Okay, so there isn’t any one big interesting thing to pull you into this photo, but I still like it. Maybe it is because of the leading lines of the path, the top of the rock bank, and the river that all start to converge toward the center and then swirl slightly. Maybe it is the texture of the rocks on either side of the path. Could be.
But for me, I think it is the perfect blue sky. Yes, I may have brought the blue of the sky out just a bit more as I processed the photo, but it was still a perfect day. And there are even just enough clouds in the sky to add a little bit of character to the otherwise blue expanse. Couldn’t have been better.
