A Girl and Her Horse
What is it about a girl and her horse? Well actually, this girl has two horses, and she loves them both. This one, Bubba, just happened to be the one that was out for the day, and they had just finished an afternoon of riding with some visiting friends.
You may remember reading about Bubba and his eye troubles from this time last year in the posts Home from the Horse Hospital and A Healed Horse. And there was even a video in the post titled A Happy Horse. And as you can see, he is doing just fine a year later.
As a bonus, here is a photo of Laura, Bubba, and Jaylin, who went for a ride as well. This is half of our family, with the other half being me, the cat, and Daisy, the other horse. Maybe one day we can all get together for a family portrait. Although I’m not sure everyone would cooperate. (Ana the cat, I’m talking about you!)
Oh, and every time I type “Bubba,” the spell checker underlines it as if I have misspelled a word. It must not be a spell checker from the south, I’m guessing.
