Disney's Wilderness Lodge

Walking along the path at the Wilderness Lodge at Walt Disney World in Florida.

To me, this courtyard at the Wilderness Lodge has a unique feel to it. The towering wooden buildings, the evergreen trees, the stream that starts inside the lobby and eventually runs into a waterfall - everything works together well to support the park lodge theme. It is almost as if you could expect a bear to come wandering out from behind one of the trees.

Of course, if a bear did come wandering through, there would be two crowds of people: those who are running away screaming, and those who are trying to take the bear’s picture. Hmm, I wonder which crowd I would be in?
