Disney Dream at Night

Disney Dream at Night

While the Disney Dream, like all of the Disney Cruise Line ships, is colorful during the day, it becomes even more colorful at night, as you can see in this nighttime view of the Mickey Pool area. All the colorful lights in the area add a nice touch at night, from the purple tones on the upper deck, to the yellows under the deck, to the blues in the pool.

You can’t quite tell from the photo, but I believe the movie on the big screen is Tarzan. The screen was so blown out in the photo that I couldn’t recover it any more than what you see here, no matter how hard I tried. I suppose I should have taken multiple exposures because of that. So that means that I just need to go back and try again, right? Who’s with me? More importantly, who’s paying for me?

As you can see here, although the area isn’t as crowded at night as during the day, there are still plenty of people around, either in the pools, watching the movie, or just enjoying the cooler night air. Do those people ever sleep? In all honesty, we stayed up late and got up relatively early, too. Gotta make the most of your time on the ship, after all, because there is always fun to be had there.

I will praise the Lord, who counsels me; even at night my heart instructs me. - Psalm 16:7
