Daily Photo: Sunshine Tree Terrace
A few months ago, everyone was excited about the return of the Orange Bird to the Sunshine Tree Terrace in Adventureland at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. And they were excited about the return of the Citrus Swirl, too.
Everyone except me. I didn’t get all that worked up over it, probably because the Orange Bird was really before my time (or at least before my time of visiting Walt Disney World), so that I don’t have any memories of it. Sure, it is pretty neat that they brought back something from the old days, but I just wasn’t all that interested. And for me, a Citrus Swirl can’t replace a Dole Whip. Yum!
Still, it was nice to see the work they have done to bring the Sunshine Tree Terrace back up to its former glory. It makes for a great photo, especially if the clouds overhead are just right.
