Daily Photo: Splash Mountain

Splash Mountain at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom has several interesting angles. But for me, almost all of my shots include Chickapin Hill, as the top of the mountain is called. It is the most iconic part of the whole mountain, after all.

Usually, my Splash Mountain pictures are straight on from the front, but I did like this side angle with the rocks in the foreground, just for something different.

About the Photo

I think I might have overdone it slightly with the processing on this one. Some of the colors may be just a bit too bold. Oh well. Three exposures (-2, 0, +2) tonemapped in Photomatix, and edited with some Nik filters in PaintShop Pro.
