Daily Photo: Laura at the Peabody Skyway

When we stayed at the Peabody Hotel in Memphis, Tennessee, one thing I wanted to do was to go up on the Skyway (also known as the roof) to look around. It was raining on the Friday night that we were there, so as much as I wanted to get some night shots of the area, I didn’t want to brave the rain to get them. So instead, we went the next morning. It was overcast and breezy, but it was still fun to be there, thirteen stories up in the air.  And of course, I had to get a photo of the iconic sign on the roof, and it was nice to get Laura in the frame, too.
