Daily Photo: Mission: Space

We never had been on Mission: Space at Epcot at Walt Disney World. All the reports about the spinning and motion sickness when it first opened were enough to keep us away. And then when they opened the Green (less intense) side, I still really wasn’t interested.

But on this trip, the line was still only 5 minutes for the Green side while all the other lines were starting to get long. So I talked most everyone else in our group into giving it a try.

It was cool! Laura and I wondered why we hadn’t done that before. And we will definitely be back. Even if still only on the Green side.

About the shot:
This was from three handheld brackets (-2, 0, +2) shot as we were making our way inside. Even with the wide angle lens, I had trouble getting everything I wanted into the scene. Merged and tonemapped in Photomatix, post-processing in GIMP.
