Daily Photo: Main Street Fire Station

One of my favorite buildings on Main Street USA at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom is the fire station of Engine Company 71. On just about every trip, I take multiple pictures of the station at different times of the day. This time around, I liked this evening view as the sun was setting.

I have mixed feelings about the fire station being used as the headquarters for Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom. It is nice that the building is being used, but I haven’t seen the interior of the station to see what all changes have been made. Looking forward to seeing it all on our next visit.

About the Photo

While the rest of the group was shopping in the evening, I walked around to get a few pictures. This one was my favorite. Three exposures (-2, 0, +2) tonemapped in Photomatix, edited in PaintShop Pro. Read more about the photo software I use.
