Daily Photo: Maharajah Jungle Trek
The Maharajah Jungle Trek at Disney’s Animal Kingdom gives you a chance to see lots of interesting animals. But it also gives you a chance to walk through some very interesting temple ruins. The details through this area are fascinating, and I take at least as many pictures of the surroundings as I do of the animals.
About the shot:
For most of my HDR shots, I just load the brackets into Photomatix and let it do its thing. But this time around, the tree seen through the archway didn’t look right. So in PaintShop Pro, I added in the tree from the -2 bracket, which looks much better. Three brackets (-2, 0, +2) merged and tonemapped in Photomatix, edited in PaintShop Pro.
