Clouds at the Wilderness Lodge
Clouds fill the sky above the Wilderness Lodge at Walt Disney World in Florida.
Everyone likes nice sunny days, right? But even Disney can’t control the weather. Although I am sure they would if they could. They would probably even figure out a way where you could get a FastPass to enjoy the sun before everyone else, if they could figure that out.
However, clouds and rain are a regular part of the Walt Disney World experience, because the ironically named Sunshine State gets quite a bit of rain. Of course, all of their publicity photos feature clear blue skies and lots of sun. And I’m sure that one of the reasons they went to a pre-recorded Christmas parade instead of a live broadcast was so that they wouldn’t have to deal with any rainy weather that might happen on Christmas day.
Because the rain is pretty much inevitable, we try to make the most of it when we are there in the rain. We don’t slow down much at all, although we do what we can to try to stay as dry as possible.
And there is nothing wrong with some nice clouds in a photo every now and then.
