Cinderella Castle in Pink
Cinderella Castle changes colors often during the nighttime hours, thanks to a fancy lighting system. I like how the changes are gradual instead of abrupt. It is just enough to make you think, “Hey, wasn’t that castle a different color just a moment ago?”
If you are wondering, this was taken from the walkway that leads toward Tomorrowland, which is always a great place to shoot the castle.
The pink color is probably my least favorite part of the color cycle for Cinderella Castle, but that is because I am not that much of a pink fan. But regardless of what I think about it, the pink color does stand out nicely from the dark blue of the evening sky. And with a view like that, pink isn’t such a bad color, after all.
Between this shot and the sunset shot from yesterday, I think I have the pinks and the purples covered pretty well. Fortunately, I don’t worry too much about the photos around here looking manly.
