Castaway Cay (A Panorama)

I have always liked the view of the beach from across the bay at Castaway Cay, but it is difficult to get it in one photo. For this view, I took four photos with my camera, and then stitched them together in Photoshop to get this panoramic view. The only problem is that the final image was huge, around 12000 x 3000 pixels. The upside to that is that you can see lots and lots of detail in an image of that size, but the downside is that a large image like that is difficult to share. So I shrunk this one down a bit, although you can still see plenty of detail in the larger version by clicking above.
Yes, I know that most cell phones these days can take panorama photos, too. But for me they don’t give the same amount of detail or the same editing capabilities that I can get by using my camera. So that is why I went that route. Although by the time you see it on your monitor, you probably can’t tell too much difference. Oh well.
