Back from the Beach
We are back from the beach!
Laura and I enjoyed a great week at one of our favorite places, Cocoa Beach, Florida. We spent a whole lot of time either working on our wave boarding techniques or relaxing under our beach umbrella. It was a great way to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary, even if our actual anniversary was the week before our trip.
While we were there, we even took a side trip over to Walt Disney World for the evening to meet up with our friends the Walkers, who were there all the way from California. That was a fun time!
Otherwise, our plan of action was as follows:
- Go to the beach
- Be a beach bum
That was a good plan, even if it couldn’t last forever.
But now we are back home, returning to normal life and trying to clean all the sand out of everything. And that is no easy task, as you may know.

Oh, and if you are curious, Jaylin spent the week with his grandparents, and they all had a good time as well. I didn’t want you to think that we had just left him alone at home by himself all week.
