A Grand Courtyard at the Grand Floridian
This courtyard is found near the ground-level entrance to the Grand Floridian Resort at Walt Disney World in Florida.
I know that the popular way to arrive at the Grand Floridian (for those of us who don’t get to stay there) is by Monorail. And I do admit, the Monorail is always cool, no matter what. But sometimes, arriving by bus is pretty neat, too, because you get to see little courtyards like this one. Nothing necessarily over the top or anything, but rather just a quiet place to sit for a few minutes.
Of course, the surroundings do remind you that you are at the Grand Floridian - the white board walls, the red roofs, the exquisitely-planted flower beds. And even the Monorails coming and going above you. Bringing in more people who are missing what you are enjoying.
