When Jaylin was in the 2 and 3 year old classes in Harding’s Early Childhood program, each year we had to make a family turkey.

Ten years ago today, Jaylin was born. And exactly eight months later, he came to live with us.

On Sunday, we dropped Jaylin off at camp for the week.

We never knew that June 27 would be an important day for us.

Jaylin’s third grade class program was this week at school. It was called “Welcome to the Jungle,” and they told the story of a mouse helping a lion.

As I have mentioned a few times, Jaylin’s first football season has ended.

Jaylin makes a spectacular football catch! Unfortunately, this was just in warm-ups before a game started.

This past weekend, we went to the Ames Plantation Heritage Festival.
