Perhaps over time you have noticed the tiki in the header graphic for this site.

Since I poked fun at Abraham Lincoln in an earlier post this week by saying he might have been a pirate, I figured I should try to make nice with him by wishing him a happy birthday here, too.

Fall has arrived! And you know what that means, as our favorite yet unnamed tiki guy is finding out.

Welcome to this week’s Art Corner Friday post! After posting new artwork the past two Fridays, I decided to make this a semi-regular thing.

When we are at the beach, I always enjoy watching everything that goes on there.

When we are loading up the car to go on a trip, I always have the feeling that we are forgetting something as we are pulling away from the house.
